Linden & De Roeck has been founded in 2017 by Bénédicte Linden and Carole De Roeck, two passionate IP attorneys with more than 20 years of experience.
The firm is dedicated to the protection, defense and respect of your IP rights (trademarks, designs, domain names, copyrights, IP audits, …), with your business interests at heart.
We can act directly at the EU, International and Benelux levels and have developed an extensive network around the world.
